Monica is clearly experienced and has a wealth of local knowledge but she is also approachable and communicative. She listened to our needs and preferences and responded accordingly. We needed to get a deal done fast and live out of state, and Monica added a ton of value by functioning as our "boots on the ground," making sure that we did not overlook anything in our haste. Great experience

Monica was patient with us on getting the home listed as I was transferred out of state and my wife had just had major back surgery. We decided to offer a two day listing with all offers to be in on the third day and we had 3 offers on the home all of which were at list price or above.

Monica was self assured and I soon learned that her confidence was based on knowledge of her job and her understanding of her clients, buyer and seller. Monica always returned texts or calls. She informed me of every step we took in bringing a closing to fruition. She was kind, fun and anticipated things that needed to be done to make the upheaval of a move as easy as could be. She made this process as easy as could be.

Monica has good communication skills, and is especially available via text, very responsive! The online and social campaigns were important in choosing Cressy.

I am not always an easy person to deal with, but Monica did a great job! She was efficient and professional, even when I was the one causing delays in getting the house listed! The only problem about Monica is that there is only one of her!

Monica Eckrich did not do well, she did stellar work. Where to begin. Patience, perseverance and persistence. She is just too amazing for words. Her knowledge exceeds most real estate developers and attorneys I have worked with for over 20 years. My husband and I are so particular with whom we work with. From the first meeting, she had us at "hello". She drove us around, explained the neighborhoods, the values, the pricing, resale and amount of work. More importantly, after looking at three homes, she knew exactly what we were looking for and drove us by our new home. I wanted to purchase it without even looking at the inside of the home, but Monica refused to do that. She insisted we look at the home. And, the only time we could look at the home was on a Sunday morning, as everything was shutting down due to the pandemic. We drove in from Chicago, leaving a 7 a.m. just to look at this house. Of course, we loved the home, and Monica worked with us from March 15th until we went under contract in late June 2020. She referred us to our mortgage broker, and she stayed on top of that. I don't know when Monica sleeps, as she was always there for us. Again, it was such a stressful situation, but who would know because Monica had everything taken care of. And, when you run into Monica at the store or at a social event, she knows everyone. I do not know what we did to deserve such an angel, but we must have done something right. In addition, when we needed subcontractors for work, she was right there with a list of referrals. Even her husband and sons pitched in to help us. We will never be able to repay the debt we owe to Monica. Thank you...two words that will never embody how Monica has changed the lives of my family for the better. I will say them anyway...thank you.

Wonderful all the way through!
