Monica's Experience

In 2010, I started my real estate career when the market was at its lowest, and learned how to work hard to get results while maintaining my service-oriented business style.  At a time when Realtors were diminishing in numbers due to the market’s challenges, I finished my first year as a licensed Realtor achieving the top Chairman’s Club Award, as well as the Rising Star Award.  I have maintained the Chairman’s Club Award level, and added the Circle of Excellence Award since its inception, thanks to the customer service reviews from my wonderful clients.  

I have had the good fortune of being a part of the Notre Dame Preferred Realtor Program, working with incoming Notre Dame staff and professors to become acquainted with and settle down in our great city and its surrounding areas.  In 2011 I received certification as a South Bend Certified Realtor, graduating with an in-depth knowledge of the history of the South Bend area and its neighborhoods.   In 2014 I obtained my Michigan Real Estate License enabling me to better represent the Michiana area.  I work throughout St. Joseph County and Southwestern Michigan, even reaching as far south as beautiful Lake Wawasee.  I am passionate about helping my clients to sell and/or buy their homes in the Granger area, Notre Dame neighborhoods, and the growing downtown South Bend area to the beautiful Michigan neighborhoods in Niles and surrounding natural lakes!

I am a graduate of St. Mary’s College (I’ll keep the graduating year to myself!), and moved back to the area in 1996 from my native Chicago to marry my husband, a local residential real estate developer.  I am eager to share with others the many wonderful qualities of our area.  Together with my husband and two boys, I enjoy our local hockey community, our area’s rich theater environment, downtown South Bend’s great dining venues, Knollwood Country Club, watersports in our many lakes, the Michigan coastline, and so much more!
